Our battery died in our driveway. It can only be changed by. Lexus dealer so had to be towed. We it in a call to AAA but had to leave due to husbands follow up appointment after heart surgery. I was given a case number and told to call it when we returned to activate the service. It was late when we returned and made the call expecting them today it was too late so it would be the next day. However Cody Grizzle showed up well after dark and made the 50+ mile tow to the dealership. Very professional and impressive.
